In-app support
Signed-in users can open Account → Help & support to submit a private request and review recent request status.
What to include
Describe what happened, what you expected, your device model, operating-system version, whether you used the website or native app, and the approximate time of the problem. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary precise-location history.
Safety issues
RAN Locate support cannot dispatch emergency help. For immediate danger, call local emergency services first. You may then contact support with non-urgent technical details.
Privacy requests
Use Account → Privacy & data to export or delete available data and to delete your account. You may also email support for privacy questions or access assistance.
