License
Ran Technology LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RAN Locate on devices you own or control, subject to these terms, the RAN Locate Terms, applicable law, and applicable platform rules. The app is licensed, not sold.
Permitted use
You may use RAN Locate for lawful private location sharing, family coordination, personal safety features, group events, and authorized workforce operations. You are responsible for your account, devices, permissions, invitations, and the accuracy of information you provide.
Restrictions
You may not copy, rent, resell, reverse engineer, bypass security or permissions, scrape private information, interfere with the service, use the app for stalking or unlawful surveillance, or enable tracking without required knowledge and consent.
Location and safety limitations
GPS locations, routes, ETAs, alerts, driving events, and addresses may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or unavailable because of device, network, battery, browser, operating-system, or permission limits. RAN Locate is not an emergency service.
Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple, Google Maps Platform, Supabase, Vercel, messaging providers, mobile carriers, and other service providers. Their terms and availability may also apply.
Termination
This license ends if you violate these terms or if your account is lawfully suspended or deleted. After termination, stop using the app and remove installed copies where applicable.
Apple devices
For apps obtained through Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement in App Store Connect supersedes it. These RAN Locate terms supplement the applicable Apple license to the extent permitted.
