Privacy Choices
Control your RAN Locate information and permissions.
Location sharing
Open Account → Location sharing to choose precise or approximate sharing, schedules, privacy windows, or to pause sharing. Sharing is controlled separately for each group.
Background access
Share all the time requires Always location permission on iPhone. You can change RAN Locate location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → RAN Locate.
Location history
Open Account → Privacy & data to delete location history immediately, choose automatic history deletion, or review retention settings.
Export your data
Open Account → Privacy & data and choose Export my data to request an available copy of your RAN Locate information.
Delete your account
Open Account → Privacy & data → Delete account. Confirming deletion permanently removes the account and associated personal data that RAN Locate is not legally required to retain.
Revoke consent
Pause location sharing, leave a group, revoke a temporary link, remove optional permissions in device settings, or delete your account. These controls do not require contacting support.
