Delete your RAN Locate account

Request account deletionDelete immediately in the app
Sign in to RAN Locate, open Account → Privacy & data, choose Permanently delete account, and confirm. This deletes the account and associated personal data without requiring a support request.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email support@raninnovations.com from the email address or phone account associated with RAN Locate. Use the subject Account deletion request. Support may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
The deletion process removes your authentication account and associated profile, memberships, saved location and driving history, places, messages, device records, sharing links, and other personal app data, subject to data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active transaction.
Timing and confirmation
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Verified support requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm completion or explain any limited data that must legally be retained. Deleted data may remain temporarily in access-restricted backups until the provider’s normal backup cycle overwrites it.
Sign in with Apple
When a verified Apple authorization token is available, we request revocation with Apple when you delete your account. If an older token is unavailable or Apple cannot confirm revocation, your RAN account is still deleted and the completion screen explains how to disconnect Apple manually: open iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → RAN Locate → Delete or Stop Using Apple ID. You can also manage this at account.apple.com under Sign-In and Security → Sign in with Apple. Disconnecting Apple is separate from deleting your RAN data.
Subscriptions
RAN Locate currently does not require an auto-renewable App Store subscription. If paid Apple subscriptions are introduced, deleting the RAN Locate account will not by itself cancel Apple billing; subscriptions must also be managed through Apple’s subscription settings.
Before deleting
Export any information you want to keep from Account → Privacy & data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
